Shipping Destinations:

We offer shipping to many countries worldwide. To check if we ship to your location, please proceed to the checkout page and enter your shipping address.

Shipping Times:

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping on orders over $1000 USD Please be aware that import duties, customs fees, and taxes may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Shipping:

For international orders, please note that any import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. LEAL DACCARETT is not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

Shipping Carriers:

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. The shipping carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Some of the ones we use are DHL, Fedex.

Delivery:

Once your order has been shipped, please allow the estimated delivery time for your package to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Tracking Your Order:

You can track the status of your order by using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, please contact our customer service team at hello@lealdaccarett.com.

RETURN POLICY

Customers have the right to return certain products from their purchases, subject to conditions and exceptions as outlined below:

Full Price: Products purchased at full price are eligible for return for a full refund within 10 days from the date of receipt or delivery.

Promotions and Final Sale: Products purchased with a promotion or on final sale are not eligible for return or a refund.

Final Sale: Products purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or a refund.

To initiate a return, the items must meet the following conditions:

  • The items must be in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition with all original tags still attached and intact, and the original packaging included.
  • Not being personalized items
  • The items must be shipped in an undamaged shipping box.
  • The items must be returned from the same country where the order was delivered.

Any returned products that are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, or do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns until the items are returned and inspected by LEAL DACCARETT. Refunds are generally processed within 4-6 weeks after the returned item is received at our warehouse and will be made in the form of the original payment.

Please note that for international orders, the costs of shipping and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.

Return Process:

  1. Send an email to hello@lealdaccarett.com with the subject: ORDER RETURN and your order number.
  2. Include your order number and explain the reason for your return. If there’s a fault in the piece you ordered, please attach a photograph for review.

Please note that return expenses are not covered by LEAL DACCARETT. All items are quality-checked before they are dispatched to customers.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are only applicable when the order has not been fulfilled. To request a cancellation please contact our customer care team.
